We have available shelf-companies for immediate delivery. The companies all have a share capital of R1000,00 divided into 1000 ordinary shares of R1,00 each. A full set of Articles of Association are included.
These companies have never traded.
There is an extra charge for the change of name and/or objects as well as any special resolutions which may be required for any changes or changes in the shelf company's details (e.g. name, auditor, directors) |
