If your CC or company has never traded,
or your CC or company has no assets nor
liabilities then you can apply in terms of the Companies Act or The
Close Corporations Act to have your entity deregistered. If
there are assets, or liabilities, or both, then you may have to
follow the liquidation route.

undertake the lodging thereof
with the Registrar.
